Sildenafil and Cialis are the most popular ED drugs on the market today. The combination of these two drugs is known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. This means that when they’re combined, they have the same action in the body. There are many different ways to help patients overcome these challenges. It’s important to know the proper way to use this medicine. Cialis is also known as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. It is a daily medication that can be used with or without food. Sildenafil and Cialis are available in different dosages and formulations. They work in different ways to achieve the desired effect. For example, Sildenafil may be used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension or as part of a combination therapy to improve exercise capacity in people with PAH or PAH plus pulmonary arterial hypertension. Cialis is a daily medication used to treat ED in men and women. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing for easier blood flow. It is not recommended to use Cialis more frequently than one week in a daily basis. This medication is available in 2 different dosages.
PDE5 inhibitors work by blocking the enzyme responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP is a molecule that relaxes smooth muscles. By blocking the breakdown of cGMP, the PDE5 enzyme breaks down the chemical that makes the penis rigid. When the levels of cGMP are increased, the penile erection process can be harder. When cGMP levels are decreased, the penile erection process can be more difficult. By blocking the breakdown of cGMP, the penis can become more rigid and has a harder, more rigid erection. When cGMP levels are increased, the penis can become a more rigid erection. The erection process can be hard and painful if the levels of cGMP are too high. It is essential to consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns about the levels of cGMP or PDE5 inhibitors. Cialis, like sildenafil and Viagra, is an effective treatment for ED. The way the medication works is by blocking the enzyme that breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP is a molecule that relaxes smooth muscles and increases the flow of blood into the penis. The increased flow of blood helps to get and maintain an erection. When cGMP levels are decreased, the penis can become more rigid. What is Erectile Dysfunction?Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to gain or maintain an erection, sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. It is a very common problem, affecting half of Irish men over 50.
Most men will experience some sort of difficulty in getting an erection over their lives. This difficulty for some men will only be a temporary problem and will often be related back to a specific set of circumstances such as stress, tiredness or even alcohol intake. Erectile Dysfunction is only a problem when it is persistent and recurring. While Erectile Dysfunction is more common in older men, it can occur at any age.
Erectile Dysfunction can also be caused by physical conditions such as Diabetes, uncontrolled High Blood Pressure and Vascular Disease (this is the narrowing of blood vessels) and can be an ‘early warning sign’ of heart disease. Erectile Dysfunction can also be caused by conditions that affect your nerves and hormonal balance. Psychological issues such as stress, depression and anxiety can also contribute to Erectile Dysfunction. In most cases Erectile Dysfunction is caused by a combination of both physical and psychological factors.
Since erectile dysfunction symptoms can vary, some men might want to speak to a healthcare professional before they begin to treat it. Speak to your GP or a pharmacist if you’re concerned about symptoms.

In a bid to bolster confidence in the future of erectile dysfunction (ED), the Australian government has proposed an amendment to the Australian Sexual Health and Pleasure Foundation’s (HSF) Sexual Advice Guidelines to address the issue.
This proposal was introduced last week and is part of the wider framework for making the sexual health and the Pleasure Foundation’s Sexual Advice Guidelines more widely accessible to men across Australia.
“The sexual health and the Pleasure Foundation’s Sexual Advice Guidelines are a vital step in ensuring that the sexual health and the Pleasure Foundation’s sexual advice is more widely accessible to men,” said the amendment.
“We encourage men to seek sexual advice from their GP or sexual partner, and in particular those in the following areas:
• Men under the age of 18 and those with a family history of ED who have a low libido
• Men under the age of 35 and those with a family history of ED
• Men who are taking medicines or herbal supplements for ED (such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra) or are taking prescription anti-depressants such as St John's Wort
• Men with a family history of low libido or a personal history of low sexual desire
• Men who are suffering from low sexual drive
• Women and men who suffer from low libido or are taking medicines for ED
“These guidelines are part of the sexual health and the sexual advice guidelines (SIG) and will support the development of sexual health and the sexual advice and support for sexual health, sexual satisfaction and the sexual counselling for men and their partner,” said the amendment.
“It will also be a good idea for the Australian Government to take additional steps to support the implementation of the sexual health and the sexual advice guidelines in Australia, and to take additional measures to increase the accessibility of these guidelines to men, including a national sexual health programme.
“The sexual advice guidelines will enable men and their partners to take additional steps to access sexual counselling and support for sexual health, sexual satisfaction and the sexual counselling for men and their partner,” said the amendment.
It is hoped that the amendment will help men across the globe to improve their sexual health and to increase their sexual counselling and support to men.
“For many Australians, sexual counselling and support for sexual health are important aspects of a healthy and happy sex life.”
The sexual advice guidelines will also help men across Australia to address the stigma that often surrounds the condition and the inability to get and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity.
“The sexual advice guidelines will also help men to improve their confidence in the ability to get and maintain an erection,” said the amendment.
